A friend mentioned Seastar Restaurant in Seattle, so I was browsing through their menu and I happened upon a delicious-sounding grilled cheese sandwich. A grilled cheese and crab sandwich is one of my favorites. This is a little pricey, so I hope it has a lot of crab in it.

Grilled sourdough, topped with creamed crab, artichokes, beefsteak tomato, Parmesan and cheddar. Served with crispy fries. $11.95
