I like goat's cheese. Especially the cheese from Mariposa Farms here in Ontario. Unbelievably good stuff.
If you see it at your local grocery store (packaged as Celebrity Cheeses), make sure you grab some. Eat it plain. It's an abomination to eat it any way else.

An abomination? Surely goat cheese with red pepper spread on grilled sourdough is not an abomination.
Goat cheese tastes like farm smells.
Regular goat cheese with red pepper spread on grilled sourdough sounds phenomenal. But only if you're using regular goat cheese. This stuff is too good to mix with anything else.
